Regarding Contact

Regarding Content

Should you be unsure whether your requested theme meets this criteria, send me a message for further discussion before submitting a commission application.I am entitled to choose or avoid any themes I see fit in my work, or reject any commission requests.

Regarding Commissions

Commissions are split in 3 phases: Approval, Sketching, and RenderingApproval: The client fills the form and the artist chooses which artworks to draw. The idea is discussed with the client. Check the "Regarding requests" section of the TOS for further details. Payment is requested at the end of this phase.Sketching: A base sketch used for revision purposes is sent to the client so they can visualize the artist's vision. Corrections can be made in this phase.Rendering: Coloring and final touches are added on this phase. No corrections can be made once this phase has started, unless at the discretion of the artist. In the end of this phase, a product similar to the examples will be given to the client in a google folder.

Regarding Requests

Requests are received through google forms and are analyzed on a case by case basis. There is no "First come first served"In addition, sketches can be received instead of a written description.Accepted sketches may be completed in a different order than listed.

Regarding Use

The artwork provided cannot be altered in any way (eg. removing the signature) unless if discussed with the artist. Cropping and adding photo filters are excluded from this rule as long as the signature is discernible, or if proper credit is given (eg. in the case of use for profile picture).By agreeing to this TOS you also agree that submitting this artwork to AI technologies of any kind will be considered art theft and grounds for legal action and reimbursement. This includes editing, training, referencing, or any other involvement in which AI technologies employ my artwork as either input or output.You must always credit the artist for the creation of provided artworks if posted on social media or other uses. Failure to do so is considered art theft.Artworks are uploaded for public display at the end of the commission and can be used to promote work. If you'd like to avoid this, please let me know when discussing the commission details.

Regarding Payment

Payment is done through paypal in $MXN (Mexican peso) currency, and is requested at the end of the approval phase.Failure to provide payment in a timely manner can cause your commission to be rejectedRefunds are not provided, unless in extraordinary cases (illness, inability to finish the artwork, etc.)The artist is required to provide a refund through paypal if the final piece cannot be provided, the reason clarified beforehand.

Regarding Turnaround

Turnaround is usually 1 to 2 weeks after the sketch phase is done and payment has been received.Should a delay occur, it will be notified by the artist. Additionally, you may contact the artist through twitter DMs or Telegram DMs (link to telegram in home section of this webpage).
